Regional Manager

The Regional Manager is the first representative of the corporate for the selected region inside the operational division. This person is responsible for their success coordinating  and directive all operational activities inside the assigned  region through their Account Managers to make sure the best consumer and client satisfaction levels and account retention, sturdy worker relations, accomplishment of monetary goals and future business growth plans. additionally to achieving overall operational excellence, a key focus of this role is coaching job, mentoring and development of direct reports, providing hands on coaching and experiential learning so as to arrange direct reports for promotional opportunities inside company.

Responsibilities
